# Expert Hacks:

01 -
  • The frozen watermelon creates the perfect slushy texture without needing any ice
  • It takes literally ten minutes from start to finish, including cleanup
02 -
  • If your watermelon wasn't fully frozen, throw in a handful of ice cubes but reduce the coconut milk by two tablespoons
  • The drink separates as it sits, so give it a quick stir if it's been sitting for more than a few minutes
03 -
  • Let the frozen watermelon sit on the counter for five minutes before blending if your blender struggles with hard frozen fruit
  • If your watermelon isn't very sweet, add the sweetener gradually and taste after each addition
