01 - 1 cup fresh cranberries (100 g)
02 - 1 medium orange, juiced (about 1/3 cup juice)
03 - 1 medium lemon, juiced (about 3 tbsp juice)

→ Sweetener

04 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar (65 g), adjust to taste

→ Liquids

05 - 3 cups cold water (720 ml)
06 - 1 cup sparkling water (240 ml), optional for serving
07 - Ice cubes as needed

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh mint leaves, optional
09 - Extra cranberries or orange slices, optional

01 - Combine cranberries, sugar, and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until cranberries burst and sugar dissolves, about 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
03 - Transfer the mixture to a blender. Add orange and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
04 - Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove skins and seeds.
05 - Add remaining 2 cups cold water and stir well.
06 - Refrigerate until cold, approximately 30 minutes (optional).
07 - Pour over ice in glasses. Top with sparkling water if desired. Garnish with mint, cranberries, or orange slices.
