01 - 300 g (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
02 - 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
03 - 150 g (5 oz) sour cream
04 - 120 g (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 60 g (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
10 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

11 - 1 medium sourdough loaf (about 500 g/1 lb), hollowed out
12 - Sourdough bread pieces (from the loaf) or extra for dipping
13 - Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
