# How to Make It:

01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Peel carrots and cucumbers as desired. Cut cauliflower into florets. Slice cucumbers lengthwise into long strips. Cut carrots into thin sticks. Trim celery ends. Leave cherry tomatoes and snap peas whole.
02 - Arrange cauliflower florets in an oval shape on a large serving tray to form the bunny's face. Create a small separate cluster of cauliflower florets to represent the bunny's tail.
03 - Position sliced cucumbers in long oval shapes above the cauliflower face to create the bunny ears. Fill the center of each ear with strips of red bell pepper for color contrast.
04 - Place cherry tomatoes on the lower portion of the face to create rosy cheeks. Position black olives as eyes. Cut a small piece of red bell pepper into a triangle shape for the nose.
05 - Arrange carrot sticks extending outward from both sides of the bunny's face to form whiskers. Place 3-4 carrot sticks on each side for a balanced appearance.
06 - Slice celery stalks and arrange around the perimeter of the bunny shape. Fill any gaps with sugar snap peas for green accents. Add extra cherry tomatoes around the platter for decorative effect.
07 - Place ranch dressing or hummus in a small bowl and position it near the bunny arrangement for easy dipping. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

# Expert Hacks:

01 -
  • The kids actually reach for vegetables first when they're this adorable
  • Zero cooking required—just washing, chopping, and playing with your food
  • Customize with whatever vegetables your family actually enjoys eating
02 -
  • Work on your serving surface since transferring a completed vegetable bunny is nearly impossible without disaster
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over apple slices if you add them, otherwise they'll brown and make your bunny look tired
  • Keep everything refrigerated until the last possible moment for maximum crunch
03 -
  • Use a large rimmed baking sheet as your workspace—raised edges contain runaway vegetables and you can serve directly from it
  • Blanch the cauliflower florets for 30 seconds in boiling water for a brighter white color that really makes the bunny features pop
