01 - Place Fruity Pebbles cereal in a food processor or zip-top bag. Pulse or crush until finely ground; set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, beat softened butter with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
03 - Add powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well and scraping down sides as needed.
04 - Add the ground Fruity Pebbles, vanilla extract, salt, and milk. Beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
05 - Adjust consistency with more milk for a thinner frosting or more powdered sugar for a thicker spread, as desired.
06 - Frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookies as desired. Garnish with additional Fruity Pebbles just before serving.
