Crispy caramelized Brussels sprouts combined with savory beef bacon, roasted to golden perfection.

# What You'll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

→ Meats

02 - 6 oz beef bacon, chopped

→ Oils & Seasonings

03 - 2 tbsp olive oil
04 - ½ tsp kosher salt
05 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
06 - ¼ tsp garlic powder

→ Finishing

07 - 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
03 - Spread seasoned Brussels sprouts on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Scatter chopped beef bacon evenly over the top.
04 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until sprouts are golden and crispy and beef bacon is cooked through.
05 - Remove from oven. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and serve hot.

# Expert Hacks:

01 -
  • The beef bacon transforms ordinary sprouts into something people actually fight over at the dinner table
  • Everything roasts on one sheet pan so cleanup is practically nonexistent
02 -
  • Crowding the pan is the enemy of crispy sprouts, so use two sheets if yours looks too packed
  • That final 2 to 3 minutes under the broiler makes the difference between good sprouts and great ones
03 -
  • Don't skip the stir halfway through or the bottom pieces will burn while the top stays undercooked
  • Room temperature sprouts roast more evenly than cold ones straight from the refrigerator
