01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

04 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
05 - 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)

06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
07 - 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
