01 - Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
02 - Whisk together barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
03 - Pour sauce mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F and is tender throughout.
05 - Remove chicken, shred using two forks, return to slow cooker, and stir to coat thoroughly. Serve hot with fresh parsley garnish if desired.
