01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, rosemary, and cayenne pepper.
04 - Pour the seasoning mixture over the nuts and toss until all nuts are evenly coated.
05 - Spread the seasoned nuts in a single layer on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
06 - Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until nuts are golden and aromatic. Monitor carefully to avoid burning.
07 - Remove from the oven and allow nuts to cool completely on the baking sheet; they will crisp as they cool.
08 - Transfer cooled nuts to an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to two weeks.
